Planning A Visit

Firestarters is a simple church community in Santa Cruz, CA that is all about pursuing the Presence of God and blessing our community. And we love visitors!  We call ourselves a simple church because we are a small church making a big impact in Santa Cruz and beyond. We started out 10 years ago as a house church with a mission of revival. A few years ago we outgrew the house and started meeting at the Santa Cruz Convergence building in Capitola, CA.  Over  the years we have seen hundreds of people receive extraordinary healing, blessing, and revival in Jesus' name.

When you visit Firestarters, it is kind of like visiting a large family.  Our style is casual and our meetings focus on worship music, an inspiring Bible message, prayer for needs, and lots of community time , all of which help us to connect with the presence of God.  We often share meals together and the atmosphere is one of family, care, celebration, and doing life together.  Got kids? Children sit with their parents and are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the meeting time.  There is a kids activity center for "little ones" in the back of the sanctuary, and a kids room in the back.
